Course Pre-requisites

Candidates must have completed either the CPCS A23 Skid Steer Loader course or the NPORS N212 Skid Steer Loader course and hold the Red ‘Trained Operator’ CPCS/NPORS card. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months of proven experience operating Skid Steer Loaders on UK construction sites is required.

Course Structure

This NVQ qualification comprises three units:

  1. (Core) Conforming to General Health, Safety, and Welfare in the Workplace
  2. (Core) Conforming to Productive Working Practices in the Workplace
  3. (Category Specific) Preparation and Operation of Skid Steer Loaders for Extracting and Handling Loose Materials in the Workplace.
